On January 9, 2024, the SFVBA will be hosting a free mixer for members to ring in the New Year at the Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas, CA.  At this event, the VCLF will be sponsoring a Superbowl Squares fundraiser in anticipation of the big game on Sunday, February 11, 2024.  Please join the festivities and be sure to participate in the Superbowl Squares fundraiser, which will help support all of the VCLF’s wonderful programs, including Constitution and Me and student scholarships.

Financial Details: With 100 squares at $30/square, that will generate $3,000. There will be a 50/50 split: $1,500 stays with VCLF and $1,500 will be divided among the prizes.

Payout structure:

• 1st quarter score: $125
• 1st half score: $250
• 3rd quarter score: $125
• Final Score: $1,000

How it works

One person per square but you can purchase as many squares as you like!  Make your donation of $30, or multiples of $30, and your name will be randomly assigned to squares on the board. The digits on each axis of the grid will also be randomly assigned after the grid is sold out. A winner will be chosen at the end of the first quarter, second quarter, third quarter, and fourth quarter. The winners are decided by looking at the last number of each team’s score, matching that number to a square on the grid, and seeing which square those two numbers are in.
